This pie chart shows that I collected an equal amount of data between both genders and I feel that this will give me an equal and clear amount of data as equal on both sides to make sure that my music videos appeals to both males and females.

This pie chart shows me the different genres that are popular among the people in my target audience. This shows me that there are many different genres popular with my target audience meaning that there are many different types of music videos I could create to engage my target audience. The most popular genres amongst the participants were pop, R&B, Rap and Hip Hop. This shows the kind of ideas that I could make that would appeal to my target audience.

This pie chart show me that there are mainly two types of music videos that appeal to people these are concept and narrative music videos, this suggests to me that if I were to create on of these it would appeal to most people. The only type of music videos I would defiantly not do it a performance music video as it is clear from the pie chart that it is not popular among people in my target audience and it is not a good idea to use this type as it would probably mean that the music video would not get watched.

I can understand what things to include in order to create a music video that will be popular among people that are within my target audience. This also allows me to see the types of songs that are popular among people within my target audience.

I also collected this data in order to understand the types of songs that people don't like. This data will help me to understand how to make my video appealing to the people in my target audience.

This pie chart helps me to understand that more people feel that it is important for the music video to have a clear story line and relates to the theme of the music video. This pie chart has helped me to understand that more people in my target audience will watch the music video if it has a narrative and the narrative clearly links to the lyrics and theme of the song.
1929- The first example of a music video is shown in a cinema. Blues singer Bessie Smith appeared in a short film called St. Louis Blues featuring a performance of a hit song. During this time many musicians appeared in short films including music.
1940 - Disney released Fanatasia which featured many animated videos that were all featured around different pieces of classical music. Fanatasia is basically a whole film of music videos. Below is one of the pieces that featured in the original fantasia.
1970's - British TV show Top of the Pops began playing music videos in the late 70's however the BBC placed a limit on the outsourced music videos that could be shown. A good music video could increase the songs sales as listeners would want to hear the song again after seeing it on TV.
1981- MTV was launched and this was the beginning of music being played around the world on a daily basis. The first song to be played on MTV was Video Killed the Radio Star by The Buggle. The Video was aired 12:01 am on August 1st.
1983 - Thriller by Michael Jackson was relaeased along with the most influential and iconic music videos of all time. The video was nearly 14 minutes long and cost around $800,000. This music video is one of the most well know music videos in existence. Thriller set higher standards for music videos and the music industry.
1995- Mark Romanek diffracted the most expensive music video ever. He directed Michael Jackson's Scream music video with a budget of $7 million. The video is set on board a computer generated white spaceship, which used up a large amount of the budget, this was followed by extensive special effects and lighting which contributed to using up a lot of the budget. It was one of the first music videos for Michael Jackson where he hadn't been involved in creating the concept for the music video. The music video also includes his sister Janet Jackson.
2005- On February 14th Youtube was launched. This became a completely new way in which to watch music videos as videos could now be watched when ever they wanted to be meaning that more music videos where being created meaning that to be a successful music video then it would have to stand out against the many different music videos now being produced.
2009 - The launch of Vevo. Vevo is a multinational video hosting sight, that is used on Youtube to show music videos make the watching of music videos easier. Vevo also has its own website where music videos can be viewed for free.
2013 - One Direction break Vevo's Most Views in 24 Hours. One Direction Fans broke vevo and Youtube that day by viewing the video over 10.9 million imps within 24 hours. However this record was then broken in 2015 by Taylor Swift's Bad Blood Music Video.

USP - Characters from the original series, the use of the iconic props such as Darth Vader's Mask and R2D2. Does the trailer establish genre, mood and expectations of the film? - It establishes expectations by bringing back characters from the original series and it gives the fans the tone of the film they are expecting.
